Returns
We hope you love your products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on items purchased from our website within 14 days of purchase. All Livi Bee tags must still be attached. A return restocking fee of $5.00 will apply and return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@livibeeco.com.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an e-gift card for the amount of the purchase minus the restocking fee and return shipping fee will be emailed to customer.
The following items are NOT eligible for a return:
-items purchased with a 30% off promo or more
-final sale items
-holiday items
Livi Bee is not responsible for unreceived orders resulting from address entry errors made by a customer or unreceived orders after they are marked as delivered by USPS.
*While all of our products do go through quality check before we receive them, we do understand that some mistakes are missed. If you receive an item that is defective, please email us immediately at hello@livibeeco.com.
